  • 2 cups of extra coarse bulgur
  • A bowl of strawberries
  • One piece of orange
  • One piece of pear
  • One piece of banana
  • One pack of Vanilla powder
  • One cup of honey


  1. Pour two cups of extra coarse bulgur in a pan. Boil on low heat for 12 minutes or until water has been completely absorbed.
  2. Once there’s no more water on the pan, set aside the boiled bulgur to cool.
  3. Dice the orange, pear, strawberries, and banana in a bowl.
  4. Add bulgur to the bowl of fruits.
  5. Then, add honey and vanilla powder and mix well.
