  • 1 hard-boiled egg

What You’ll Do

The instructions are simple:

  1. Heat the olive oil in a pot over medium heat.
  2. Stir in the garlic, onion, and ginger until you can smell the aroma of these three ingredients together. Best to stir up to five minutes.
  3. Add the chicken wings and cook for about one minute.
  4. Add fish sauce onto the pot and cook for another three minutes.
  5. Pour the chicken broth into the bowl.
  6. Add the Duru Coarse Bulgur and stir gently. Wait for the pot to boil. Then, cover and cook for about 12 minutes.
  7. From time to time, stir the mixture so that the Bulgur will have a pleasant and creamy texture.
  8. Once you achieved the desired consistency, serve with a dash of salt and pepper. Squeeze in some Calamansi for a tangy taste. Add some scallions too if you like.
