  • 1 cup of peas
  • 2 eggs, scrambled
  • 1 cup of broccoli
  • 1 piece of onion, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • 1 piece of carrot, chopped
  • 1 cup of cabbage, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons of soy
  • Olive oil

The steps are simple and easy to do:

  1. Pour boiled water and coarse Duru bulgur into a pot. Cover the bowl with a lid and let it stay for ten minutes.
  2. While waiting, heat a frying pan and pour olive oil that’s enough to cover the entire surface of the pan.
