  • 2 cups of Coarse Duru Bulgur

  • 1 cup of dried tomatoes, finely diced
  • 8 cups of water
  • 200 grams of shrimp

Red quinoa has a richer taste and slightly chewier than the standard white variant, which makes this perfect to go alongside the nutty Coarse Duru Bulgur. You can lessen the butter and the salt if you want to make a healthier salad.

  2. Wash the red quinoa with filtered water
