It’s Not Time Management, It’s Energy Management

Aligning our productivity has always been associated with time management. We schedule our tasks and even use time blocking to keep ourselves accountable and ensure a successful day. Energy management is when we acknowledge different types of energy, such as our physical, mental, and emotional energy.
