  • 400 grams sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups chilled heavy whipping cream
  • 3/4 cup mini chocolate chips

Whip this up quick and easy

  1. Add the 2 sachets of Chek Hup Ipoh White Coffee King in hot water and stir until it dissolves.
  2. Let your coffee cool down, and combine it with condensed milk in a small bowl after. Keep whisking until the mixture smoothens.
  3. In a large bowl, add your chilled heavy cream and whip it with an electric mixer at a medium speed until stiff peaks start to form.
  4. Slowly turn down the speed as you gradually pour in the mixture of condensed milk and coffee. Once everything is combined, bring up the speed once more until it thickens.
